1. 2014/07-2015/09华为技术有限公司,固定网络平台算法研究部,工程师

责任描述:

成都华为技术有限公司微波信道算法平台开发部受聘15级技术专家,从事芯片的设计开发工作。

MIMO关键技术攻关。

协助支撑项目交付。

负责法国技术合作项目。

负责与欧洲研究所和加拿大研究所的MIMO单点攻关与拉通。

参与支撑全公司层面的《数学支撑华为技术战略性研究》报告的撰写。

此间,完成了从数学专业到通信领域技术转型。积累了项目开发流程化经验。学习了IBM解决方案的先进理念。对团队配合,目标牵引,效率提升有了更深刻的见解。

2. 2015/09-至今,浙江海洋大学,数理信息学院,讲师

通过高层次人才引进受聘副教授待遇,到浙江海洋大学信息工程学院任教。

责任描述:

20163-8月,在中科院地理遥感研究所外派学习。

本人隶属于浙江海洋大学省级重点实验室&信息工程学院的海洋通信实验室大团队,重点从事数据图像处理技术与深度学习在MIMO网络编解码方面的研究.
